Effective May 2024, RCPA has partnered with Flynn Towing Company.
As per the RCPA Bylaws, Article IX, Section 3 – Parking, it states that, “It shall be the duty of the occupant to remove any motor vehicle which is unregistered and/or without current license plates from the premises of Rittenhouse Park Community Association. If the vehicle is not removed, Rittenhouse Park Community Assocation will exercise its rights to have any unregistered or inoperable vehicle towed at the homeowner’s expense.”
