Snow Storm- No Parking on Street – RPCA

Street Parking
o Parking on Streets in anticipation of a snow storm of greater than 2” inches is prohibited by
Ordinance 13-2.7. This requirement does not establish the minimum amount of snow required to
begin plowing operations. These decisions are made on a storm to storm basis.

The parking ban remains in effect until the streets are plowed adequately, ensuring smooth traffic flow and efficient snow removal.

As we prepare for this weekend’s predicted winter storm, please be mindful of Willingboro Township’s Parking ordinance during Snow Emergencies (Ordinance 356-10).

Key reminders from our police department:

❄️ When there’s a forecast predicting 2 inches or more of snow accumulation, parking on streets or highways in Willingboro is prohibited.

❄️ The parking ban remains in effect until the streets are plowed adequately, ensuring smooth traffic flow and efficient snow removal.

❄️ If your paved driveway can’t accommodate your vehicle during a snow emergency, you can temporarily park on the landscaped front yard portion of your property.

❄️ Vehicles in violation of this ordinance are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
